1️⃣ White Sandwich Bread
Ingredients:
- 500g (4 cups) bread flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 60ml (¼ cup) warm water
- 60ml (¼ cup) milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Extra butter for brushing
Instructions:
