Banana, Carrot & Orange Juice Recipe

🥤 Banana, Carrot & Orange Juice Recipe

Ingredients (makes 2–3 servings)

  • 2 medium bananas – ripe for natural sweetness
  • 3 medium carrots – peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 3 large oranges – peeled and segmented
  • 1–2 cups cold water or coconut water (adjust for thickness)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you like it sweeter)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients
    • Peel the bananas and break them into pieces.
    • Peel the carrots and cut into smaller chunks for easier blending.
    • Peel and segment the oranges, removing any seeds.
  2. Juice or blend
    • If you have a juicer:
Feed the carrots and oranges into the juicer, then blend the resulting juice with bananas until smooth.
    • If you have a blender:
Add bananas, carrots, oranges, and 1–2 cups of water (or coconut water) to the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. Strain (optional)
    • If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp. If you like it thick and smoothie-like, skip this step.
  4. Taste and adjust
    • Add honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness. Blend again briefly.
  5. Serve
    • Pour into glasses over ice if desired. Drink immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.

💡 Tip: For a refreshing twist, add a small piece of fresh ginger or a squeeze of lemon when blending.
