✅ Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats (blended into oat flour or left whole — your choice)
- 1 large apple, grated
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs if vegan)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder (optional but gives a little lift)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
- 2–4 tbsp milk of choice (to adjust texture)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional healthy add-ins:
- Handful of raisins or chopped nuts
- A little honey or dates if you want added sweetness

1️⃣ Prep oven & pan
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
