🍋✨ 1- Lemon Water

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (fresh)
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • Optional: mint leaves or a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon into a glass.
  2. Add water and stir well.
  3. Add ice or drink warm — both are great!

Best time to drink: Morning on an empty stomach for a refreshing start.


🌱💧 2- Chia Water

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 cups water
  • Optional: lemon or honey for flavor

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds to water and stir.
  2. Let soak for 10–15 minutes until gel-like.
  3. Stir again and drink.

Benefits: Hydrating, high in fiber, helps digestion & keeps you full longer.
