Ingredients (makes 2–3 servings)
- 2 medium bananas – ripe for natural sweetness
- 3 medium carrots – peeled and chopped into chunks
- 3 large oranges – peeled and segmented
- 1–2 cups cold water or coconut water (adjust for thickness)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you like it sweeter)
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients
- Peel the bananas and break them into pieces.
- Peel the carrots and cut into smaller chunks for easier blending.
- Peel and segment the oranges, removing any seeds.
- Juice or blend
- If you have a juicer:
Feed the carrots and oranges into the juicer, then blend the resulting juice with bananas until smooth. - If you have a blender:
Add bananas, carrots, oranges, and 1–2 cups of water (or coconut water) to the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth.

- Add honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness. Blend again briefly.
- Serve
- Pour into glasses over ice if desired. Drink immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.
