🧾 Ingredients for about 12 pancakes :
250 g flour
3 eggs
500 ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1 pinch
of salt 1 tablespoon melted butter or butter
(optional) 1 tablespoon rum or fleur d’orange
🍫 For the filling :
Spread with chocolate or Nutella
chopped almonds or chopped hazelnuts (optional)
👨 🍳 Preparation :
Prepare the pancake batter :
In a salad bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add the eggs one at a time and start beating.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
Finally, add the melted butter or butter.
If possible, let the dough sit for 20-30 minutes (optional, but preferably softer).
Bake:
Heat a lightly oiled, non-stick pan.
Line the dough with a ladle, roll out thinly and bake for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Repeat until the dough is ready.
Composition:
Spread chocolate on each pancake while it is still warm.
Roll firmly, then stack or level nicely.
Sprinkle melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with dried fruit if desired
