Ingredients:
- 1 pot of Greek yogurt (approximately 200 g)
- 2 pots of sugar
- 3 pots of flour
- 1 jar of olive oil (or other oil)
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- The zest of a lemon (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheating : Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6).
- Mixture of ingredients : In a large salad bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs and oil until smooth.
- Adding dry ingredients : Add the flour, baking powder, lemon zest and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the dough is smooth.
- Cooking : Pour the mixture into a mold previously buttered or lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cooling : Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then unmold it onto a rack to cool completely.
