We have all suffered from foot pain before swollen due to heat, fatigue, or problems blood circulation, among others. To remedy this, here are some natural, simple and effective tips to provide relief quickly swelling.
Why do feet swell? (1/12)
Swelling of the feet occurs because of several reasons such as heat which causes fluid retention, pregnancy, varicose veins, dehydration and food too salty. Usually this doesn’t indicate anything serious or worrying.
