Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (about ÂĽ of a pineapple)
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
  • ½ lemon or lime, juiced
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional for extra freshness)
  • Ice cubes (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the produce
    • Peel and chop the pineapple, mango, cucumber, and orange.
    • Juice the lemon or lime.
  2. Blend
    • In a blender, combine pineapple, mango, orange, cucumber, coconut water, and lemon juice.
    • Add mint leaves if using. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (optional)
    • For a lighter juice, pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag to remove pulp.
    • For a smoothie-style detox drink, skip straining.
  4. Serve
    • Pour into glasses over ice.
    • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or mint sprig if you want a tropical look.
