Ingredients (makes 2 servings)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (about ÂĽ of a pineapple)
- 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
- ½ lemon or lime, juiced
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
- A few fresh mint leaves (optional for extra freshness)
- Ice cubes (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Prep the produce
- Peel and chop the pineapple, mango, cucumber, and orange.
- Juice the lemon or lime.
- Blend
- In a blender, combine pineapple, mango, orange, cucumber, coconut water, and lemon juice.
- Add mint leaves if using. Blend until smooth.
- Strain (optional)
- For a lighter juice, pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag to remove pulp.
- For a smoothie-style detox drink, skip straining.
