  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups mashed cooked sweet potato (about 2 medium sweet potatoes)
  • ½ cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🥣 Instructions

1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

  1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes.
  2. Steam or boil until completely soft (10–12 minutes).
  3. Mash well until smooth — no lumps!

2. Preheat the Oven

  • Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Line a small baking dish (20×20 cm / 8×8 inch) with parchment paper.

3. Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, combine:

  • Mashed sweet potato

  • Melted coconut oil
  • Vanilla extract
    Mix until creamy.

4. Add the Dry Ingredients

Add:

  • Oat flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Salt

Stir until a thick batter forms.

5. Bake

  1. Spread the batter evenly into the lined baking pan.
  2. Smooth the top with a spatula.
